Proven Independent Verification and Validation Methodologies

Our management team brings over 60 years of combined experience in healthcare management and technology solutions with proven processes and control systems for Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V). Our depth of technical knowledge combined with our healthcare industry expertise and industry leading traceability solutions makes us uniquely qualified to serve as the independent body to many healthcare organizations, medical practices and software integrators.

Our IV&V methodologies include proven processes and controls that ensure all aspects of any system are properly verified and validated for their intended use. We assign a dedicated team to each IV&V engagement who serve as the key members of the independent Project Management Office (PMO) or Project Control Office (PCO). Our use of Trace IT software allows us to automate the IV&V process with detailed tracking and reporting for any systems, MMIS traceability or CMS Certification.

MariChris LLC has a demonstrated ability to perform the following IV&V related activities (refer to Federal regulations 45 CFR Part 307.15):

Develop comprehensive IV&V work plan that covers all aspects of the development, implementation, and operational lifecycle of the product, service or system.
Review and affect management and technical recommendations for the vendor and customer
Coordinate with all stakeholders and assess the user involvement and “ownership” regarding system functionality and its ability to meet stated needs and objectives.
Analyze past Project performance at a level of detail sufficient to identify and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide risk management assessment and capacity planning services.
Develop performance metrics that allow tracking of defined Project deliverables and milestones.
Provide independent subject matter expertise for all technical and/policy aspects of the project
Apply tried and tested processes, procedures, resources and methodologies to the project.
